Flu Vaccinations
Covid-19 has brought about many challenges for business, and we at Citi health are adapting our services every day to meet the requirements set out by the Government.
The latest paper published by the Govt states that with Covid-19 it is more important than ever that people receive the flu vaccine. Not only will it ease the burden on the NHS come flu season, it will help to determine whether an individual has Coronavirus or flu and will speed up the appropriate treatment required.
We have 3 flu solutions available to businesses
We are fully flexible – unsure when your office will fully return to work? Speak to us about a range of flexible options to ensure your office if fully covered against flu. Any date booked can be changed or cancelled with 48 hours’ notice. The flu vaccine is effective even if administered in November or December.
Option 1 – On site corporate flu campaign
Book in your date and preferred time (from Mid-September onwards). We will send via email all the information to inform your staff. On the day, our highly experienced nurse will vaccinate the staff. We will adhere to PPE and social distancing guidelines. Staff may book appointment times online. There will be minimal work for HR staff.
Minimum order 20 vaccines
Online booking available for employees, no admin.
Approx. 30 vaccinations administered per hour by a highly experienced nurse
Appointments available Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6.30pm
Only pay for the number of vaccines booked
No nurse fees or additional charges
Option 2 – Off site clinic at The Barbican
Employees can book their own individual appointments at our clinic, a short walk from the City. Nearest tube is Moorgate.

Option 3 – FLU Vouchers
Ideal for those working from home or on shifts. The vouchers will be sent out within 24 hours and can be used over a 6 month period. Minimal admin. Non-refundable.

HOW TO BOOK
Booking is simple and straightforward. We will provide you with email able material to send out to your staff and to promote the service. When you have confirmed uptake, complete our booking form with the number of vaccines and preferred date/s. We will send out consent forms to be completed in advance.
We will require a private room and a waiting area.
A table with 2 chairs.
An area close by where hand washing facilities are available.
We will only charge for the number of vaccines used on the day, based on a minimum of 20 vaccines.
We provide leave behind advice cards for further information post vaccine.
